The Campbell Rhododendron Garden, Blackheath

Spread over 45 acres of Australian bushland at the top of the mountains is the spectacular Rhododendron gardens.

With hundreds of brightly coloured Rhododendron and Azalea bushes dotted amongst the native bushland, this garden is a truly unique sight. Meander through the gardens along the easy nature walks or take a pause at the stone bridge over the lake.

With such unusual beauty at every turn, the Rhododendron gardens are also a popular wedding destination.

They’re a spectacular sight in any season, but we recommend visiting from late September to early November to experience the gardens in full bloom.
