The Lodge Long Term Rental

The Lodge – Your Ideal Country Escape for Long-Term Rental

The Lodge is now available for long-term rental contracts ranging from 1 to 3 months. Fully furnished and set in a peaceful, picturesque location, it offers the perfect retreat for those looking for an extended stay in the countryside. Whether you need a temporary escape or a home away from home, The Lodge provides the comfort and serenity you desire. Contact us today for more details and to arrange your stay.

Terms and Conditions for Long-Term Renting of the Lodge:

• Rental Duration: Minimum stay of 1 month and a maximum stay of 6 months.
• Furnishings: The property will be fully furnished but not serviced during your stay.
• Maintenance Responsibility: Renters are responsible for maintaining the property, including the pool and furnishings, throughout their stay.
• Utilities: Renters are responsible for covering their own utility services, including water and electricity bills, during their stay.
• Bond: A $3000 bond is required and will be refunded upon check-out, provided the property is left in its original condition.
• Booking Requirements: Renters must adhere to all terms, and any damages or issues caused during the rental period will be deducted from the bond.
